The ceremony and dinner will be outside. October weather in Alexandria is unpredictable — we recommend bringing a layer.
We do not have a hotel block. Here are some options near the venue:
The venue is about 30 minutes from downtown DC by metro or Uber/Lyft. See the Getting There section for more detail.
Flying
We recommend Reagan Washington National (DCA). It's close to the venue and metro accessible via the Blue and Yellow lines.
Amtrak
Union Station has more train options but is 30 minutes from Alexandria by metro. Alexandria Station is closer to hotels and the venue.
Note: trains pause in DC for 30–40 minutes before continuing to Alexandria.
We recommend using Uber/Lyft or the metro to get to Hi/Fi Tex-Mex BBQ.
Metro
Braddock Rd station (Yellow/Blue lines) is a ~15-minute walk to the venue on well-lit sidewalks.
Bus
Routes 33, A11, and A12 stop a block from the venue.
Driving
Not recommended. The venue has no parking and nearby street parking is limited.

The outdoor venue is on street level. The second indoor venue has steps to enter. Please let us know if we can help make you more comfortable.
We wanted more time to visit with our friends and family! These are truly optional, casual, drop-in and drop-out events. On Friday, we'll be at a bar near the venue (location TBD) starting at 5pm. On Sunday morning, we'll have bagels at an Airbnb starting at 10am. Feel free to come by!
Absolutely! Dinner will be a taco bar with a variety of meat, veggie, and tortilla options. Let us know your preferences in the RSVP and we'll make sure there is a bounty for everyone.
